“As a director, my natural strength is in telling intimate stories that examine the human condition. Sharing fleeting moments of beauty, pain, and kindness can often convey a deeper insight and understanding than epic actions. My aim overall is to make uplifting films that challenge prejudices and preconceptions and show beauty where it's least expected.”
